HIITCore at Physicore

Available at Physicore’s Surry Hills studio, we currently provide two types of HIITCore classes: Strength and Cardio. HIITCore Strength utilises all of our resistance training equipment such as TRX, kettlebells, medicine balls, power bags, and more, with a focus on full-body movements for maximum efficiency. The focus of HIITCore Strength is lean muscle development and genuine strengthening of your body: it’s not to bulk up.

HIITCore Cardio integrates boxing drills, sprints, step boxes and a whole range of standalone drills for a cardiovascular powerhouse of a workout. The focus of HIITCore Cardio is on improving your cardiovascular health, and this is achieved using high intensity interval training to elevate your heart rate. Like anything, only through training and practice can we see improvement, and our hearts are no different. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of completing one of these HIIT classes.

Both classes are held in our dedicated TRX training room in Surry Hills. Class sizes are small with a maximum of eight to ten participants in any one class, so you’ll get plenty of attention from our trainers. At Physicore, we are genuinely interested in our clients having a great experience and our commitment to individual attention means that through correct form and technique, you’ll see better, faster progress.
