David Moddel


David is a qualified personal trainer and also a Kettlebell and TRX trainer. He is in the final stages of completing a Bachelor of Science with a focus on exercise physiology and anatomy.

He has been working in the fitness industry for over 5 years and has experience in delivering both large and small group classes, bootcamps, and one on one training sessions ranging from the outdoors, gym studios to hydrotherapy for rehabilitation and physiotherapy clients.
Prior to working in the fitness industry David served as a soldier in the Israeli army. He enjoys pushing others to reach their fitness and personal goals.
