Shane is a Certified Lagree Fitness, Power Plate, Pilates Instructor and Dance Teacher, with over 14 years’ experience as a professional dancer and over five years’ experience as a fitness trainer in Europe, USA and now Australia.
Shane’s classes have developed an exciting reputation and are not to be missed. His high energy and fun attitude make class fly by, whilst his hands-on approach ensures clients get the most out of each second with him.
Fitness has always been a huge part of Shane’s life, which translates to his approach to fitness: building a strong foundation of body awareness, co-ordination and strength. Shane’s goal is to empower clients to create long, lean, functional muscle strength while working to their fullest potential.
