The Lagree method is performed on a Megaformer, which represents an advanced and redesigned twist on the traditional pilates reformer.
Our signature Megaformer classes are suitable for all levels of fitness, beginners through to advanced.

All workouts at Physicore are 50 minutes and must be pre-booked using our online booking platform. Class participation is limited, so bookings are essential.
