What’s in store this autumn

On any given day at Physicore HQ, we ask ourselves: what does it mean to be fit and healthy? For us, health and fitness goes far deeper than looking a certain way. For us, health and fitness is a feeling that comes from within. A way of living that unlocks your potential, allowing you to live a life you love and feel good about yourself which in turn puts out positive vibes towards others.

More than ever, we’re witnessing incredible transformations across all three of our studios. We’re super proud of every member of our community who rises to the challenge with 100% effort: we know it’s not easy! It’s life-changing stuff and we feel exceptionally privileged to be part of your fitness family and involved in your journey.

Behind the scenes, we’ve been working hard on exciting new projects to inject even more magic dust in to your fitness, particularly since it hasn’t escaped our notice that the days are getting shorter and the weather a little cooler.

If you’re in need of some extra motivation this autumn, we’ll be dishing this out in spades over the coming weeks, with our exceptional Megaformer instructors continuing to come up with devilishly devious new moves and combos for you to practice and master. Because we promise you that 50 minutes of Megaformer never gets dull…..or easy!

On the HIITCore side, we’re literally beside ourselves with excitement as the latest and greatest fitness technology has landed at Physicore Surry Hills and will be rolled out into our HIITCore [Strength] and [Cardio] sessions over the coming weeks. The introduction of fit tech, along with expert coaching from our HIITCore trainers will accurately track your efforts to ensure you’re training in your optimal performance zone. It’s a well-known fact the numbers don’t lie so prepare to challenge your limits for serious results. We’ll be uploading a separate blog all about this in the coming days, so stay tuned!

One of the most effective ways to stay motivated and on track with your fitness over the winter is to continue setting yourself achievable goals. With this in mind, we are in the process of planning a brand new MegaMorph Project to get stuck into this winter. Further detail to follow in due course – be sure to keep an eye on The Core and on our social media channels to be one of the first to find out more.

If you’re after an answer to question that’s been puzzling you or would like to see a certain topic featured in The Core, don’t be shy – please do get in touch. Whilst we don’t claim to have all the answers, we hope The Core will open your mind and body to amazing stuff that will enhance YOUR health and fitness.
