30 minutes, minimal equipment required

In March 2020, our world changed beyond recognition and the way we train has also changed. To support your physical and mental health when you can’t make it to the studio, we are excited to be providing daily live streamed programs which can be performed safely from home, with minimal equipment.

During times of uncertainty and stress, maintaining your mental and physical wellbeing has never been more of a priority. By participating in our live streamed sessions you can expect to:

  • Move. Burn fat. Boost your metabolism.
  • Breathe.
  • Disconnect. Elevate your mood.

You will need the following accessories:

  • Four wheel dolly 45cm x 30cm, smaller also¬†ok
  • Yoga/exercise mat or large towel
  • Sturdy chair
  • Sweat towel
  • Laptop or tablet with Zoom downloaded
  • 2kg – 4kg pair dumbbells / water bottles / packs rice

Virtual classes are $10 and can be booked online; a unique URL will be emailed to you once booked to access the session.
